Hey there! I'm a tech enthusiast who loves turning complex problems into streamlined solutions. Right now, I’m a Technology Implementation Lead, where I dive into user needs and data to help different teams work more smoothly together. My job is all about making sure everyone’s on the same page and moving towards creating awesome products.Before this, I spent some great years at Voltera, where I essentially acted as a product manager while wearing many hats. As a Technical Content Developer, Technical Support Lead, and Production, Shipping, & Fulfillment Lead, I tackled everything from creating educational DIY projects for students to producing front-facing digital content. One of my proudest moments was developing hands-on projects that taught core electronics knowledge and resulted in cool items you’d actually want to display on a shelf. I also developed market strategies, conducted user discovery, planned and developed new features, and ensured successful delivery. Users appreciated the educational projects and the engaging content, which also helped build a strong community around the product.I’m all about improving user experiences and making sure we have the right tools and processes in place. I also enjoy building communities around products with engaging content and effective communication, which really helps reduce the support team’s workload and keeps users happy.When I’m not at work, I’m usually tinkering with CAD designs, 3D printing, or working on CNC projects. These hobbies keep my curiosity alive and always push me to learn new things.I’m excited about the chance to bring my skills to a product management or QA role. I love solving tough technical challenges and adapting to new situations, and I’m always looking for ways to help teams and users succeed.
