Responsible as the CRM for key Strategic Accounts and Delivery in the Asia region for SS&Cs flagship Investment Data Management and Analytics product (Anova). Established positive business relationships with key stakeholders to cultivate further business opportunities and ensure commercial contracts are closed and revenue can be recognised. Responsible as the project head to run various teams between Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and the UK to successfully deliver Anova and ensure revenues can be recognised while working closely with any sales leads to advise in pre-sales activities for Anova in the region. Collaborated with customers to plan program enhancements, strategy and roadmaps to meet the customer's needs while driving customer steering committee meetings to maintain forward momentum in projects, helping to influence key decision making with the committee and ensuring client commercial obligations are met.

Responsible for Asian offices located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, managing all operations staff across the region with primary responsibility with sales and contract activities, all professional services teams in Asia for project implementations and client support. Responsible as head of the major projects in the region for key strategic customers. Worked closely with the regional MD and CFO with respect to P&L revenue responsibilities in the Asia region.

Head of the business with a P&L responsibility covering South East Asia, working closely with the CEO and MD to grow the business and revenue. Accountable for all aspects of the business operations from sales, customer services, marketing initiatives and management of the SE Asia team with a broad customer base. Established collaborative partnerships to drive positive revenue results and organised various business events across Asia for lead generation and to drive product awareness campaigns.

Setup the Hong Kong business in 1996 and kicked started the pilot ACS messaging service for Hong Kong Money Brokers and recruited personnel to build up a skilled team to provide high quality customer support and services for the North Asia business. This was entirely a financially independent operation and worked closely with the CEO and regional MD, responsible for all aspects of the business operations including customer support, consultancy, sales management, sales support covering Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan and Korea.

Assisted the MD in NY to setup the support standards and procedures for our NY customer base, training up consultants and managing project for all US and Canada customers (based in NY, San Francisco, Florida, Toronto and Montreal). An extensive successful career in NY and was promoted through a broad range of roles including Consultancy & Implementation Services, Software Developer, Project Manager and Pre-sales support.
