NASA Aviation Challenge is a program that provides immersive, hands-on experiences to teach students about aviation and the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) behind it. As an Instructor, I was responsible for teaching students how to perform flight maneuvers, aircraft carrier landings, and aerial combat. I also operated the G Force simulator, which was designed to simulate the physical demands of high-performance aircraft and help students understand the importance of physical fitness and training. My role involved not only teaching, but also presenting public demonstrations and conducting briefings on aerodynamics and flight physiology. This experience, along with my current license as a pilot, has given me a unique perspective on the world of aviation.

I began working for Liebel-Flarsheim as an AutoCAD intern and was quickly promoted to a designer role for various non critical parts on medical devices, including tomography, power injectors, and x-ray machines. Later, I returned to Liebel-Flarsheim as a contractor, where I continued to apply the design principles I learned from my brilliant boss and mentor, Frank Fago. My time at Liebel-Flarsheim taught me invaluable lessons in design and engineering, which I carry with me to this day.
