I prefer opportunities where I can have a performance based contract. I bring deep technical experience, enthusiasm and energy as well as a the fundamental awareness that the design process and final product has to meet commercial targets. As well as getting meaningful high priority stuff done I translate techno babble, I identify real problems, I build the cohesive tech team and create options. My belief – ‘there is always another way’I deliver maximum value when working either top down for blue sky projects or bottom up for R&D centric businesses ready to find applications for their capability. I also get really excited about pragmatically refurbishing an existing product with new tech, building the circular economy, being kind to our resources and getting good products and recognised brands back into market leading positions with least cost.I would ideally like an additional Fractional CTIO / commercialisation client where my expertise at bringing product to market will help meaningful, ethical, environmentally friendly businesses to capitalise on opportunities they see but perhaps have not yet been successful in commercialising to the level that they desire.My current focus includes:- Medical devices- AI- IoT- Blockchain- Circular EconomyA typical client or investment partnership model might look like:1.
