I have the best job, really! Not only do I get to eat the best food, I can enjoy it with amazing people at fabulous events! Some of the responsibilities I have are public realtions, event sales, managing events, maintaining customer relationships while constantly updating and renovating new ideas and policies for the greater good of Tastebuds (and the world). Besides all that, just being my mother Rachel's assistant is a full-time job in itself. She has influenced me in many areas of my life and has shown me how to stay cool when things start to melt. She sais," We put out fires". In this business we are not only talking literally fires, but all of the possabilities for anything and everything that can go wrong in this industry can and will. We must be prepared to handle each situation effectively and be ready for any situation. In order to resolve the matter quickly and maintain composure to effective provide each client with great food and service. I am truly blessed to be a part of such a dynamic team and to have an opportunity to make someone's day all of the time.

I began my journey with Tastebuds Catering learning about the famiuy business from a young age watching my mother. Growing up in a catering family has its moments, but having the best leftovers from those beautiful events was worth cleaning the kithchen on the weekends as a young boy. I have evovled in this business growing with the company taking my full-time roll on in 2005 assisting my parents/partners with structuring our business. As we grew to the dream we are today, I have appreciated every step in the process. I thank God for such a wonderful opportunity to spend time with my family and do what I love everyday. Making people happy.
