Infrastructure Tech Arch Team Lead is expected to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes); Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands; Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting; Provide technical leadership to the team, review technical deliverables, and make recommendation to the team leader and team manager in daily operation and project planning; Make recommendation and raise question or concerns on successful delivery of the Infrastructure blueprint over the whole lifecycle of a small or medium size project; Make recommendation on hardware sizing for small or medium size project; Work with team leads on work planning, priority, and plan resources accordingly; Propose and prototype new or updated approaches to increase application security, high availability and performance, and reduced cost; Identify areas of improvement in increased efficiency, cost reduction, or increased quality of work by automation or using new technologies; Review operation processes and procedures, update existing or create new ones.

Serve as a technical point of contact for technical consulting engagements. • Work projects related to technical aspects of Deltek cloud migrations, Infotek hosted clients and on premise consulting. This includes consulting for new installations, upgrades, migrations, maintenance, hot-fix application, troubleshooting issues.• Perform database administration for Deltek applications to include backups, restores, SQL queries, and managing maintenance plans.• Provide third tier technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to Deltek applications suite (Costpoint, Vision, T&E, GCS, CER, GovWin).• Act as point of escalation for second tier support.

Responsible for completing system administrative functions assigned by the Director of Information Technology. Administration, security and monitoring of our enterprise applications is essential for our corporation to function efficiently. Core technologies such as virtualization, networking, and storage are all technologies this position must master. In addition to completing duties as a system administrator, this person will also work closely with the help desk staff to complete complex technical issues that need support from expert level staff.
