Mike’s background includes the technical development of buildings for various types of institutions. He has guided projects through the complexities of State agencies while working in concert with owners, contractors, inspectors and engineers. Mike is adept at identifying and facilitating paths to solutions when the problems to be solved are always unique, and can offer guidance to the client where special approaches are called for. He has an ability to work with people who possess varied skill sets and priorities in order to develop a cohesive solution, all while bringing to bear an appreciation for a balance between quality and cost.Mike sustains Ratcliff’s Vision and Mission through the development of its strategic goals and the support of the firm’s day-to-day initiatives.
