Responsible for the managing Agrosoft, a richly featured software product designed to handle operational accounting for large Agribusiness in the grain, crop inputs, seeds, chemical, country store, feed, and fertilizer businesses. In this role I assist the company President in overseeing the company's marketing direction, customer experience and satisfaction, as well as software development teams. Agrosoft is a highly customizable product that is designed specifically for agribiz.

Developed Agrosoft as part of the Grossman team. Agrosoft is software designed to handle operational accounting for large Agribusinesses in the grain, crop inputs, seed, chemical, country store,feed, or fertilizer segments. Brought the development team on board, developed specifications, programmed software, and managed the project through it's initial implementation at all of the customer locations of a >$50 billion agribusiness.

Supervised other developers and technical experts on a variety of software development, technical research, and business related projects. Selected software and development tools, analysed business problems and designed software solutions, and supervised teams through to implementation.

Worked on the development of an internal "skill search" system, and worked as an analyst and developer for projects in the hospital, mail order, computer leasing, and banking industries.
