I have litigated and tried cases in federal, state, and arbitration venues for three decades now. I am privileged regularly to represent the interests of healthcare companies, doctors, and nurses in both professional and commercial litigation. I have defended product makers in the consumer goods, recreational product, and tire industries in dozens of cases and in jury trials. Additionally, I regularly advise business clients with respect to antitrust, business torts, and business litigation matters. Like my partners at Bradley, I strive to identify options and set goals with my clients early in a case, and develop a strategy designed to get the matter to trial, summary judgment, mediation, or negotiation as effectively and efficiently as possible.I have been honored to be listed by my peers in The Best Lawyers of America® for Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury Defense and Business Litigation, and also have been named a Local Star by Benchmark: Litigation in its Alabama Litigation section.
