• Scans systems for vulnerabilities and performs associated reconnaissance as part of vulnerability analysis or penetration testing. • Analyzes client software code for security vulnerabilities. • Assists in the identification, response, investigation, and remediation of potential breaches of and issues surrounding data security.• Performs malware analysis, reverse engineering, and sandboxing. • Examines log and SIEM data and conducts threat hunting, as required. • Assists with the evaluation of policies, processes, procedures, and technical controls for compliance with regulations and standards including HIPAA, PCI, NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001 and other relevant requirements.• Monitors performance trends, security baselines, performs upgrades, and makes recommendations for security hardware, software, processes, and procedures as required.• Performs configuration analysis of systems and technical security controls.
