I am confident that the improvements made to the current piece of fitness equipment will allow individuals, of varying fitness levels, the ability to increase strength, flexibility, power, and stamina while utilizing this fitness equipment. My improvements will allow an individual to increase the resistance, up to 300 pounds, and reduce resistance quickly and easily and take the fitness product with them on vacation, or on over night business trips b/c it is portable and will fit on any standard sized door.
