- Implement individual and group therapeutic interventions both in the Clubhouse and community for a caseload of adults with brain injury aged 18-80 years old. - Complete comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility and provide recommendations for services and client needs.- Identifies strategies at client’s homes and/or jobs that enable them to maximize their ability to participate in daily tasks/activities. - Collaborates with Kean University’s Occupational Therapy Cares Clinic to create/implement community- based programming for adults with brain injury and leads a mentorship program with Kean University’s Occupational Therapy students. - Oversees clinical research studies at Opportunity Project with Kessler Foundation and Kean University.

Level II Pediatric Fieldwork: - Evaluated and planned/implemented individual and group interventions for children aged 12 months to 15 years of age with a range of diagnoses, including but not limited to cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and/or autism spectrum disorders in an outpatient setting. - Implemented Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) approach for children with hemiplegia.

Level II Pediatric Fieldwork: - Evaluated and planned/implemented interventions for children with a wide range of diagnostic profiles aged 6 months-18 years in an outpatient setting with a focus on developmental skills, sensory processing, compensatory/adaptive techniques and fine motor skills.

Level II Adult Rehab Fieldwork: - Evaluated and planned/implemented daily client-centered interventions for adults with a variety of diagnoses on an inpatient unit with a focus on ADL/IADL retraining, functional mobility, compensatory strategies, motor learning, sensory reeducation and cognitive retraining. - Facilitated family training for all clients regarding current and future plan of care.
