In this role, I oversee legal and compliance matters for the company and its portfolio businesses, ranging from international transactions, corporate governance and finance to employment, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. I am passionate about supporting economic development and social impact in Africa, leveraging my fintech and education background from my previous role as General Counsel at Skills Fund, a leading finance partner for technology bootcamps and their students.
