Whether it's through regular feedback sessions, coaching, or mentoring, I work closely with each member of the team to help them grow and develop their skills.Handling activities as daily standup and retrospective. I keep everyone on the same page by providing regular updates and ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently.Collaborating with other Team Leads on cross-team projects. By working closely with other teams, I help to ensure that the team is aligned with the goals and objectives of the broader organization.Preparing demos to show key results. I showcase the progress of the team to stakeholders and leadership by preparing demos that highlight key metrics and outcomes.Holding 1on1s with team members. I regularly meet with team members to provide feedback and setting goals.
