I have over 37 years of experience as a real estate agent, principal broker and Realtor. I have extensive knowledge in new construction, residential sales, marketing, promotion and management. I have strong communication skills with management responsibilities for employees/associates which included hiring, budgeting and performance evaluations.I work with clients to assist them to buy and sell real estate whether it’s be their personal residence or investment properties so they can maximize their real estate opportunities and help them transition into the different season of their lives.I am a past president of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors & Principal Broker for the Benchmark Realty LLC Midtown office. Licensed real estate agent in the state of TN License #233466. I am a military brat and have had the opportunity to live a lot of places around the world. My parents retired in Mississippi and I came to Nashville in 1982 to attend Belmont University. I graduated from Belmont University, had a brief stint in the music business and entered into real estate in 1987 and have been in real estate sales and management ever since that time. I am single dad and have a wonderful daughter. I enjoy good food, good wine, good company, anything on the water, and photography.
