S’more Catering is fun for all ages with our variety of homemade flavored marshmallows, gourmet chocolates, and grahams (GF grahams available)! Some of our mallow options are Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Chip, Mocha, Peppermint, Cinnamon and always experimenting with new flavors!Campfire Desserts has developed an extensive business and social media marketing plan including a new interactive website (CampfireDesserts.com). The General Manager and Director of Operations asked me to re-invent the large but unsuccessful bicycle rental system, which was the primary ancillary service of the resort. I identified the problems, planned and organized an innovative system, ordered inventory, and trained personnel. The bike system, which had been a financial drain, generated a significant profit for this resort with my system. I also was trained in and provided excellent customer service to guests, facilitated security operations and developed a thorough understanding about the operations, logistics, and sales of the hospitality industry.
