I was both the planning and new business director for this design agency. In my time there, I developed the company's first strategic offering and won business in sectors new to the agency, notably retail and IT.After a year in the role, the two owners went their separate ways and I learnt what it took to start an agency up from (almost) scratch... in possibly one of the harshest economic years of recent memory.

I was a director at CbH, helping them migrate from a customer base that was entirely FMCG, to one that included airline, retail finance and leisure brands.I also helped build the service offering from just promotional marketing to one that incorporated positioning, advertising, experiential and international DM services.

I ran the Danone, Eurotunnel, Peugeot and London Rubber Company accounts.During my time, I helped my clients launch innovative new yogurt products for toddlers; encourage the Great British public to drive to their ski holidays, and increase test drives out of SW dealerships by 15%.I also, to my knowledge, led Durex to run the UK's first ever DM campaign in contraception, achieving record results. And this was when DM was all about what came through your letterbox...

I worked on the St Ivel account, launching Utterly Butterly into the UK, building penetration of St Ivel Gold and helping create the first ever 'singing yogurt pot' promotion for Shape. Fun times.

I managed the cheese portfolio for the catering and foodservice sector.

I managed the below the line spend for all Dairy Crest brands and products. My work included helping launch Frijj; growing penetration of Clover to record levels and building the traditional cheese business.
