Develop the Go-to-Market plans for each product and System solution that includes internal sales training as well as customer facing one sheet documents for customers.Implemented Whiteboard Selling, Sales Playbooks and assisted in the creation of the sales portal. ve the Communication strategy that includes Press Releases, Web, Microsite and Whitepapers. Ovesaw the delopment of the Systems creative to ensure it aligns within overall IGT Brand Standards.

Accountable for Players Club, Player Development, Direct Marketing, Casino Promotions and Special Events. Directed the efforts of the Players Club Managers, VIP Host Staff, and Marketing Coordinators, which include a staff of over 30 employees. Managed a multimillion dollare marketing budget. Created, executed and supported the South Point image campaign to establish and reinforce the market position of offering the best overall gaming value to Las Vegas locals. Developed short and long-range marketing plans based on strategies and goals defined by upper management, to increase share of gaming wallet from high-worth gaming segments. Created, executed, and analyzed casino promotions and players events.
