This included producing documentation, creating/maintaining self-guided orientation materials, hardware specification, ordering, purchasing, vendor-support call tracking, minor programming in Perl, maintaining the MySQL DB (used in the middleware layer), and providing top-tier application support. I also contributed to the maintenance of the public website, department/office sites, and the campus intranet (myBrandeis, on ACS) by providing web development solutions in PHP, Java, JavaScript, QA techniques, and developing and documenting best practices.
