In this role, I work with a team of cross-functional partners and product specialists to help some of the fastest-growing organizations with recruiting/sourcing strategies, employer branding, learning & development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.Some of my responsibilities include helping businesses understand talent migration and acquisition trends to shape their recruitment strategy, advising companies on how to build their employer brand within critical markets and talent pools, developing scaled L&D programs to support skill development, and educating customers on best practices based on our real-time economic graph.
