Stretchers Assembly - Receive parts from departments within the facility as well as from outside processing. Organize and store parts using fork lifts and pallet jacks in preparation for assembling product. Prepare sub-assemblies for chassis including use of isopropyl alcohol and solvent to clean stainless steel parts. Assemble the chassis of medical transport stretchers per product drawings and to proper specifications using manual, electric, and pneumatic tools. Keep accurate inventory of parts on hand and communicate with manager to ensure parts are being ordered or made when needed. Assisted in pulling, staging, and shipping customer orders.
