Engaged as a consultant delivering managed services solutions to customers, I also upskilled new business graduates to consulting roles, assisting in the development of a strong team and ultimately, business growth. Crucially, I built trusted relationships with clients, presenting managed services solutions to C-level stakeholders, and advised colleagues on how to manage conflict-related issues.• Developed a critical ‘quick estimator’ tool, used by sales and consulting teams to forecast sales from certain sectors and calculate potential cost savings for customers who adopt the managed print service offering;• Delivered significant cost savings for enterprise clients across schools, corporations and government departments;• Achieved high customer satisfaction scores by successfully completing all client projects.
