Actavis (part of TEVA) is Fortune 500 company and 2nd biggest manufacturer & distributer of pharmacy in Serbia. With daily controlling and monthly FP&A tasks, I have supported expanding team of 500 employees.Major achievements:• supporting sales and marketing rep office of 150 employees with daily controlling activities, resulting in EBIT improvement of 10% vs annual budget,• detailed KPI, sales and profitability analysis of 300+ SKUs with real impact on decision making process of product portfolio, resulted with improving company GM by 3% in 2010,• OPEX and CAPEX activity level controlling and management with reporting lines to Country CEO and Group Finance leaders, achieving 2Mils EUR OPEX reduction in 2010,• managed actual results reporting consolidation for all activities resulting with P&L on product level, analyzing variance reports with explanations and creating monthly rolling forecasts, which materialized as reporting presentations for top management,• Successfully supported SAP implementation in both S&M rep office and factory as key FI and CO user, defining all master data, DOA, PR/PO processes, Cost center structure and all finance reports,• developed bottom-up 2011 detailed budget for Sales, OPEX, CAPEX for all legal entities.

My role was controlling and reporting both internal and external transactions. Major achievements:• daily controlling and approving average 100 invoices against budget and forecast, • preparing monthly, annually and ad hoc reports for top management, including variance analysis and communicating with different departments/locations within the group to understand impact and future steps,• successfully created Porsche 2009 Serbia OPEX and CAPEX bottom-up budgets, • worked on P&L on product level analysis, sales reports analysis, product margin analysis, supporting S&M activities that generated +10% YoY EBT performance.
