The company is forming alliances with key stakeholders in the Sport and Entertainment industry, along with start-ups and scale-ups to help incubate innovative ideas and guide future leaders. And, to bolster REVXM’s brokerage services, Sponsorship Canada, a top naming rights, partnerships and valuation business, has been integrated into the new operating entity.

A member Hockey Canada’s executive leadership team; responsible for revenue generation, corporate partnerships, marketing, communications, licensing, broadcast and the Hockey Canada Foundation. Key accomplishments include leading successful negotiations for two broadcast rights agreements that significantly increased Hockey Canada’s short- and long-term revenue, implementing a new event scorecard process that drove accountability across all functions, developing and introducing an enhanced performance management tool, and acquiring and renewing over 21 sponsorship agreements representing significant annual revenue.

Responsible for leading two iconic craft breweries acquired by Molson Coors with full P&L accountability—including marketing, sales, production, finance, distribution and the oversight of over 200 employees. Led the creation, development and launch of a separate division for Molson Coors Canada—named “Six Pints Specialty Beer Company”—to compete in the growing craft beer segment.

Led commercial functions for Ontario, Western Canada, Atlantic Canada and National Key Accounts, including direct oversight of 360 employees and P&L accountability for $1.6 billion in revenue.

Responsible for leading the Western Canada region in the delivery of $520M in revenue and with dotted line responsibility for Finance, Operations and HR. Drove a transformational change agenda that included a significant organizational re-structure and culture shift to successfully turn around the Western market performance.

Responsible for leading a sales team of 150 while delivering $800M in revenue and managing a sales budget of $37M.

Responsible for leading 4 regional sales managers and 32 representatives. Rebuilt team morale and engagement following a significant downsizing, while maintaining key customer relationships during the transition.
