Florence, Kentucky

During this internship the understanding and use of hydraulic and electrical drawings to troubleshoot an injection molding machine. Time was spent installing and decommissioning Krauss-Maffei injection molding machines ranging from 400 to 2000 tons, retrofitting upgrades to previously installed machines, and to train customers on how to use them. This helped to develop an understanding as to how an injection molding machine mechnically work and function. As well as giving an insight into many different manufacturing facilities, and how they ran.
