The key becomes having a road map so you know where you are and can identify the best route to get your where you want to be.I have a record of identifying ways to monitor key performance metrics (“map points,” if you will) for companies. Once those have been identified, appropriate tracking procedures are implemented. Moving forward, progress (and/or a lack of progress) becomes easier to track, so if adjustments are needed, they can be identified earlier in the process. I’m passionate about identifying that path.
