Operations Manager
Current• Met and maintained all prime cost, NOI goals and management requirements set forth by ownership• Oversees all operations of the bar and restaurant; profit + loss, budget, beverage program, menu concept, inventory control, marketing, events and promotions, payroll, hiring, onboarding ect.• Work with the Corporate Trainer to plan, organize and execute Brand Standard Training • Work with the Manager In Training Program (MIT) to provide potential managers with a solid foundation of personal and professional growth opportunities of advancement to FOH and BOH management positions in order to guarantee a superior experience for all our guests.• Scheduled and directed staff in daily work assignments to maximize productivity – coordinate logistics between all departments of the business• Effectively manages staff, ownership and consumer expectations through efficient problem solving and leadership skills• Building relationships with vendors, city officials, business leaders and patrons• Create a vibrant and successful work culture where staff can thrive
