Oversaw the proper distribution and accountability of property valued at over $30 million. Managed the organization’s travel system, responsible for review and approval of travel for over 300 personnel. Projected and managed the organization’s $5 million budget to ensure key projects and operational needs were funded. Directly managed and developed a staff of 7 military and two Korean civilian employees to effectively support organizational transportation and supply needs.Notable Achievements:• Reinvigorated the organization’s climate of property accountability, and equipment maintenance immediately improving vehicle readiness by 40%. • Improved the 8th Army’s equipment readiness by 80% over two years. Duties and Responsibilities:Led a 92 person team in providing field maintenance support to an organization consisting of 2400 personnel, over 800 vehicles, trailers, generators, and over 3600 weapon systems. Maintained direct accountability for over 40 vehicles and more than 3000 pieces of ancillary equipment, weapons, and tools valued at over $14 million. Supervised, developed, and evaluated 11 direct reports. Responsible for ensuring that training is rigorous yet safe.Notable Achievements:• Oversaw the inspection of, repair, and disposition for over 200 tracked combat vehicles and several hundred tons of miscellaneous Army property valued at over $500 million in order to transfer serviceable equipment back into the Army supply system.• Acknowledged by senior leadership for maintaining an operational readiness rate of 97% which allowed other managers to effectively train their organizations for combat.• Reset, equipped, planned and directed the training of a 92 person organization for deployment to a combat zone without injury or loss of major equipment.

Duties ans Responsibilities:Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of over 300 pieces of equipment valued at over $2 million. Responsible for contracting/ coordinating for life support services and facilities (sustenance, supply, lodging, sanitation) required to sustain 80 personnel including US Army Soldiers, and members of the US State Department. Responsible for advising and training an Iraqi Brigade headquarters and two separate battalions in the development of their logistics management systems.Notable Achievements:• Facilitated the equipping of a newly formed Iraqi Infantry Brigade consisting of 1200 personnel and 54 vehicles. • Provided logistics training, best practices, and mentorship to 6 Iraqi officers which lead to a 40% improvement in the Brigade’s supply fill rate and an 80% increase in vehicle readiness. • Contracted for and supervised the implementation of a $660,000 construction project to build a Forward Operating Base. Procured additional equipment required by the tenant units to maintain a high quality of life and morale. • Maintained control of over 60 types of explosives and ammunition in excess of 100,000 rounds without incident or loss.

Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the leadership, safety, administration, morale, readiness, and training of 60 personnel, as well as Army property valued at $400,000. Provide timely and cost effective maintenance support and fleet management to customer organizations. Provide daily maintenance status and analysis to senior managers. Manages an $11 million repair parts inventory for customers ensuring that authorized levels are maintained in accordance with Army regulations.Notable Achievements:• Achieved over 96% operational readiness rate while managing a fleet of 225 vehicles, trailers and power generation equipment.• Scheduled and serviced over 150 military vehicles during a 4 month period ensuring all vehicles were capable of reliable operation in a hostile deployed environment.• Ensured that $2 million in economically repairable parts were returned to the supply system for rebuild/ refurbishment, salvage, or proper disposal. Returned another $1million in excess serviceable repair parts to the Army supply system.• Analyzed maintenance trends and demand supported requisitions to reassess repair parts inventory. Determined the same level of service could be achieved through closely managed stock levels, reorder points, and a reduction in 1/3rd of the inventory. Reduced inventory allowed field maintenance teams high levels of mobility and on average a 25% reduction in maintenance down time.
