Network Integration of initial wireline and wireless switches as well as system expansions. Responsible for software loading, configuring customer parameters and technical issue resolution.

Performed laboratory switch system testing and verification for the DMS-250/500 hardware and software releases. Repaired and maintained Nortel DMS 250/100 family and Alcatel DEX 600-E long-distance telecommunication switches. Performed proactive maintenance on customer T-1 circuits, using T-Berd 209, SAGE 930A, and FIREBIRD 500 test sets in order to keep customer downtime to a minimum and customer satisfaction as high as possible. Verified operating parameters of transmission equipment to include echo cancellers, M13s, and Digital Cross Connect.
