As the Head Scout at Sudbury Wolves Hockey Club for over 6 years, I lead and direct a team of 8 area scouts in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), one of the most competitive and prestigious junior hockey leagues in the world. I oversee the production and maintenance of the team's priority selection list for the OHL draft, as well as assist the general manager in ensuring detailed player evaluations and interviews are conducted prior to the draft. I have a keen eye for identifying and developing prospects at various levels of the game, as well as a strong intuition and knowledge of the OHL draft process and criteria.In addition to my scouting expertise, I also have a solid background in business operations and customer relationship management, as I have been the Manager of Operations at Bauline Inc., a local steel fabrication firm, for over 10 years. I am responsible for sales and logistics, as well as overseeing the administration and management of the office and the shop. I have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a creative and analytical mindset that enables me to excel in both the athletic and the business arenas. I am passionate about hockey and business, and I strive to deliver high-quality results and outcomes for both the Sudbury Wolves and Bauline Inc.
