I have spent almost 15 years working for and alongside healthcare organisations helping them to remove the burden of paper based processes and work in a more innovative and digital way. That mission is my passion, it's what I love to do.Ten years ago, I managed a fully paper based Medical Records Department within a large hospital and felt first hand the pressure that paper records exerts on both people and process within the NHS. It's the most challenging role I've ever had. Since then, I've helped several NHS Trusts transition away from paper and towards more digitally based processes and I've seen the amazing benefits of doing so, for the back office staff, for the clinicians and for the patients.Within my career I've gained valuable experience in both corporate and scale-up businesses, working in Presales, Sales, Solution Design, Project, Delivery, Support, Consultancy and Innovation, giving me an end to end appreciation of business strategy and structure and allowing me to support customers with my unique experiences, whilst always having an appreciation of every area of the business.I've always tried to overperform and have been on the Xerox European Talent Programme, won Salesperson of the Month and more recently at Mizaic, won Employee of the Month in January 2023.Within my current role at Mizaic as Solutions Lead, I work closely with NHS CIOs, CCIOs, Project Managers and Medical Records Managers to understand their paper based pain points so that I can help them to devise digital transformation strategies that will deliver real change to their organisations. This role allows me to be passionate about what I do every single day.I'm always interested in connecting with like-minded people looking to drive innovative change in healthcare.
