Since January 2020, I've worked as a Software Engineer at Finovance, where I've contributed to the creation and improvement of financial technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, my focus is on improving the user experience of our primary website with React. From September 2017 to December 2019, I worked as a Software Engineer at T-Mobile, where I made significant contributions to improving the customer experience through technological innovation. Contracted to redesign the customer onboarding experience on t-mobile.com/support, I used a cutting-edge tech stack that included Vue.js, TypeScript, PHP with Laravel, AWS, and GitLab CI/CD, drastically lowering customer care calls by streamlining the transition process for Sprint customers. Beyond the customer onboarding, I contributed to the development and cloud management of numerous critical applications, improving performance and scalability while enabling continual feature growth. My collaborative efforts also included aiding internal engineering teams with testing, troubleshooting, and creating coding best practices to ensure robust application performance and dependability for T-Mobile's large employee and customer base.

In my role, I was responsible for the end-to-end development, design, testing, and debugging of websites and applications for various clients. I prioritized attracting users through professional, user-friendly designs and clean, high-performance code. Additionally, I developed custom CRM systems to assist clients in managing their businesses and customers efficiently. By designing tools and databases, I empowered clients to maintain and update their sites and applications autonomously.
