Mike has over 36 years of Accounting and Tax experience in both public and private organizations. He has over 26 years in public accounting, over 19 of those years as a PwC Tax Partner and over 8 years in large corporate tax department in a senior management role. His focus has been working with large multi-national corporations, mid-cap companies and private companies on complex tax and financial issues. Experience includes planning and structuring, compliance, financial reporting, acquisitions and dispositions, and managing tax authority reviews. Mike is a CPA licensed in Missouri. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, and an MBA, Finance. He has been recognized by SLU as a Distinguished Alumni.
