Java E-Commerce Platform development using ATG, Linux, JSP and Oracle. Globalization of a US based online store to have configurable inventory, price lists, promotions, currency, and shipping rates for 140 countries. Development of all elements of the system from back end data to front end presentation layer.

Developing a social media platform within an agile development environment. Java, PHP and Javascript based platform that leverages Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, Velocity, Smarty, JQuery, JUnit and standard design patterns on top of a CentOS based Linux environment with Apache and Tomcat. Development cycle produced major code releases every 4 weeks. Developed REST APIs, java services, media ingestion and media delivery in a collaborative code base using SVN, ANT and Maven. Unit tests were developed for all new code checked in. I also maintained and developed the Data Analytics system that used the Clover ETL product with a few Perl based processes as well.

Java Engineer for site recommendation and intelligent/targeted ad display. Also developed analytics reports that leveraged the Aster Datasystems Beehive Database.

Managed developers, worked with clients to determine the updates and development needed to create the website or system needed. Often would wear the engineer's hat and develop websites directly.

A consultant with many regular clients. Most work involved PHP and Cold Fusion with MYSQL and MSSQL databases. Some site design, but more often I worked with a designer and constructed the sites from the given design. Work often involved diagnosing and repairing the site by working with code written by other developers.

Developed code for many projects, with much of the work done developing online educational courses for Physicians, Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to earn Continuing Education Credits (CEC). Other projects involved developing sites for small local businesses from the ground up.

HTML, PHP and Perl based coding was used to develop/update websites for online stores, local startups, and large companies.
