-Leading Offer/NPI Track for developing a new Cisco Buying Program for Managed Service Providers-Performed critical data analysis of pricing between Managed Service License Agreement Products and Enterprise Agreement products to assess differences in pricing, metering, and offer attribution.-Managing Business Unit engagement with Security, Networking, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes to ensure stakeholder alignment.-Drafting Offer/NPI Feature for the Cisco Buying Program for Managed Service Providers.

Manage product offer enablement and sustaining product lifecycle changes for multiple large-scale projects including:-New Product Introduction for New SaaS Offers on Cisco Commerce Workspace and the Enterprise Agreement Buying Program Platform -Product Offers include: Splunk, AppDynamics, Cisco+ Hybrid Cloud, ThousandEyes, Intersight, and Veeam resulting in over $133M in Subscription Bookings in the past 3 fiscal years.Manage multiple tasks, dependencies, and risks in collaboration with multiple stakeholders - including Data Center Compute BU and BU Ops, BU Finance, Distribution Operations, Data Center Product Operations, Sales, Export Compliance, Product Data team, Change Management team, Customer Experience / Services, Licensing and Entitlement teams, among others.Provide critical analysis for system capability and business policy/process enhancements to allow Cisco Hardware and XaaS/Subscription products to be sold together. Work requests include:-Data Center Major Line Bundle Quantity behavior with XaaS product options included.-UX/UI enhancements to allow for a seamless HW + XaaS ordering experience.-Enabling internal XaaS ordering via Cisco Commerce Workspace.Lead monthly Offer Roadmap Review meetings for both Data Center Compute and Switching offers, socializing and tracking upcoming NPIs, sustaining / lifecycle changes, and providing status updates on system capability enhancements.

Provide reporting solutions and capabilities to key business stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and BUs by gathering order/subscription reporting requirements and seeing the delivery process through to the end of BAT/UAT. Some example projects include:-Telephony Service Provider (TSP) usage reporting capabilities to help WebEx Sales identify upsell and renewal opportunities-Cloud Connected Audio Service Provider (CCA SP) reporting capabilities to help our partners track their end customer's usage for appropriate billingE2E Oracle ERP experience in the SaaS track: Q2O, Booking, Sales Crediting and Compensation, Oracle BRM (Billing/Rating), Mediation, I2C, AR, Reporting. An example project includes:-Offer enablement of Cisco Enterprise Mobility Services Platform (EMSP) onto Cisco's Subscription Billing PlatformExpertise in SaaS/Cloud Subscription Booking: MRR, IMRR, ARR, IARR, TCV, ACV, Churn. Some example projects include:-POS reporting capabilities for SaaS orders to help finance track bookings on Cisco's new SaaS platform-Order details reporting capabilities at the order level and PID (billing SKU) level to help operations, BUs, and finance track their data through our systemsExperience with both Agile and Waterfall release cycles, including requirements gathering, development of pseudo-code based on business logic and definitions, test case development and execution, BAT/UAT. An example project includes:-WebEx recurring bookings automation reporting capabilities, helping WebEx finance further automate their recurring bookings processProvided mentorship of incoming college new-hires and interns through the Cisco Mentorship Program. Developed technical and domain training in SaaS billing, booking, and subscription behavior for onboarding.

Taught for 3 different college courses over 4 semesters to over 200 students on many topics ranging from digital literacy to correlation/causality: Courses included: Managing the Information Environment and Media EffectsPresented a lecture for roughly 300 students on diffusion of innovations.Developed course curriculum, student assignments, and graded students’ exams and essays.
