Facilities included, 8000 beds, 4 show bars, 2 dining rooms with capacity of 3000 guests, 2 supermarkets, parade retail shops, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, wateworld capacity 700, cinema, outside sports fields and play areas and full fun fair. Successfully achieved re assessment of IIP.

Managed a 322 bedroom hotel facility, with swimming pool, health and fitness club, licensed bars and restaurants and retail shop. Encouraged managers to take autonomy with responsibility, with an emphasis on customer service, and generating revenue and profit. With investment and local initiatives achieved increase of 27.2% in Operating profit.
