Lead Associate
CurrentAs an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, I have been fortunate enough to effect OCIO's and OASAM's (Office of the Assistant Secretary of Administration Management) ability to obtain and deliver IT assets and services. I have supported the Department of State's IT Resource Management Office serving as the Scrum Master for the Development and O&M of their Oracle based Portfolio Management system of record. In doing so, I have managed projects from creation through implementation and close, that facilitate the creation and adoption of technology solutions and processes that meet Congressional and Executive direction and oversight purposes. Following supporting DOS, I worked with the Department of Labors OASAM to identify an Enterprise Shared Service Strategy, conduct assessments of DOL's bureaus' OCIOs and IT management processes and maturities, and ultimately identify areas and steps required to consolidate like functions and capabilities to better provide IT to the entire Department.Currently, I am the onsite lead at NASA's HQ to develop a new Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) strategy that will be implemented across the entirety of NASA. My team is developing strategies, new processes, governance structures, and tools to implement a new strategy that produces objective and transparent intelligence to better inform IT and NASA leaderships' ability to make well informed decisions.Additionally, I serve Booz Allen as a leader for the firm's Technology Business Management capabilities. In this role I meet with existing federal clients, as well as those who are in the CPIC / TBM sphere to learn about their pain points; and to come up with strategies to facilitate the agency's / Department's TBM journey. Additionally, I've lead SDLC teams to develop new and exciting TBM automation capabilities and data visualizations.
