One outcome from the tool was the identification of absence patterns v PABX data, i.e. the number of calls to the team's desk phones, highlighted a repeated trend of call volume v absence; understanding this enabled a change in resourcing to alleviate the pressure on the team during these periods.

Hutchinson Microtel Rabbit telepoint transition to ORANGE PCS GSM network.RAN and Core maintenance, configuration and upgrades. GSM/LTE, transmission, IP, Service data functions, DX200, Tellabs, 2Meg transmission.Developed and implemented a rule base and templates for the Nokia OMC GUI Views. The templates aided with the identification of Core and RAN faults and issues quicker and more concisely. This eventual became a nationally adopted process.
