Talent Engagement for Deloitte's Cybersecurity & Strategic Risk team, one of the largest and most tenured cybersecurity teams globally. Provided talent management and project support for initiatives including Train-to-Hire, senior new-hire onboarding, Women in Cyber, and cybersecurity recruiting.

Managed the finance, accounting, and human resources functions for a venture-backed, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cybersecurity startup. Responsibilities included cash flow planning; financial accounting and bookkeeping; financial reporting to executive leadership and the board of directors; coordination with outside accountants, attorneys, investors, auditors, and other vendors; liaising with internal departments for budget planning; payroll management and benefits administration; and ensuring compliance with local and federal labor and tax rules for a remote workforce spread over more than a dozen states.Terbium Labs' business was acquired by Deloitte in June 2021.

Managed the day-to-day operational needs of a venture-backed startup. Responsibilities included: vendor management, from contract review to invoice management to accounts payable; management of accounts receivable, from customer contract review to invoicing and collections; payroll and benefits administration, including healthcare, 401(K), and HSA plans; managed employee on and off boarding; coordinated communication and reporting to the Board of Directors; and provided planning and logistical support to the leadership team. Supported the Director of Finance by helping with cash-flow planning; liaising with vendors, including attorneys, accountants, and benefit brokers; and by managing corporate records.

Built out an Employee Experience function within the organization, anchored by planning and leading biannual company-wide retreats. Revamped and managed a new employee onboarding experience. Provided administrative support to the leadership team and managed the day-to-day needs of a 15-person office with an additional 2 dozen remote employees.

Built an outsource-service solution for healthcare facilities to more accurately measure their quality assurance efforts. Developed and executed a business plan; created marketing materials; established internal workflows and processes; and undertook business development efforts.

YIP promotes active citizenship and emerging leadership among young Philadelphians. Established in 2003, YIP has grown into one of the largest organizations of young adults in the city. 2014 saw thousands of attendees and members attending 75 events.

BarWithMe.TV is a face-to-face social network that allows people to share the experience of watching television events with others. We partner with local bars to host viewing parties for your favorite TV shows, movies, and sporting events. Our viewers get to meet other viewers. Our venues get more traffic, more business, and a good story. BarWithMe.TV is pre-revenue as we continue to test our business model and overall concept. We currently work with about 17 bars in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Managed the campaign of Marni Snyder for State Representative to the PA General Assembly (182nd District). Oversaw all aspects of the campaign, including communications, finance, and field.

Led crews of 7 to 15 individuals (Scouts and their adult leaders) on the beginning legs of their 10-day backpacking trek in the Sangre de Christo range of the Rockie Mountains. After leading the crews through the orientation process at base camp, I taught the skillsets needed to survive and thrive on their trek, including hiking skills, cooking, first aid, navigation, emergency procedures, bear and animal procedures, Leave-No-Trace principles, water purification, and wilderness living skills. After the second night on the trail with the crew, I would hike back to base camp to pick up and take out the next crew. During my time with the crews, I sought to develop the leadership ability of the Crew Leader, as well as the other youth members. I also had to maintain the balance with the adult advisors to ensure the learning environment remained throughout the trip for the youth members. As a Philmont Ranger, I was also trained in Search and Rescue techniques, as well as wilderness first aid and outdoor education. Over the course of 11 crews that summer, I received nearly perfect evaluations from every crew I was assigned. IWGBTP
