· Responsible for all aspects of the construction division approx. $ 3 mill per year in construction. · Help to define long term strategic goals and division budgets. · Maintain existing and build new key relationships with customers, adjusters and other referral sources.· Ensure that all jobs are completed on time, on budget and within the quality of standards to meet the companies and the customer's satisfaction. · Lead all production personnel to their peak performance. Responsible for managing all project managers, estimators and office coordinators.· Reviewing and approving estimates and budgets as well as project profitability.· Approving vendor invoices and compare them against projected budgets. · Coordinate & manage multiple residential, commercial and industrial projects of various complexities from small water loss to complete tear down and rebuild. Experienced with water, fire, tree and vehicle impacts in residential, commercial and industrial clients. · Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and insurance companies. · Ensure a safe work environment for all employees, and provide ongoing training to promote proper production and quality.

I have been in the construction industry for 25+ years in multiple facets of the industry. As a third generation contractor I began at a very early age and I was taught that you must have a strong work ethic and must maintain an honest reputation to be successful in this industry. I have strived to keep this as a main focus in my daily activities. I was taught that you must start at the bottom and you must work your way through, learning and working with the many facets of this industry. I have taken these experiences and I have used them throughout the years to help to build my knowledge and my ability to manage and work with those around me. I have worked in many areas of construction, Residential and Commercial, working in many fields from laborer, heavy equipment, framing (wood & metal), finish carpentry & cabinetry and many more, as well as many years as a project manager. When I started in the field of new home construction, I began as a warranty tech. Since then I have managed 30+ homes at a time, neighborhoods with multiple builders under my supervisions and have worked in neighborhoods from inception to completion (Trees to Keys). Owning my own company, I have learned the skills to manage and encourage those that work with me. I learned that being an owner, I am only as successful as those who are around me and that we as a company, are only as good as our proverbial “Weakest link”.
