I lead in-store field marketing and training strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Working with country Marketing/Training Leads and multiple agencies, I enable retail partner teams to remain knowledgeable and skillful about Microsoft products and services, deploying hundreds of in-store sellers, field reps, trainers and merchandisers to drive customer experiences.Working closely with stakeholders, I devise blended strategies across digital learning, large scale event deployments, content creation, and ROI analyses. I also lead innovation strategy as we conduct our digital transformation – enabling our teams to pivot to online engagement, influencer marketing and social selling.

I led field marketing and training at Microsoft UK & Ireland, devising training strategy and running a large team of trainers and field reps. I delivered large scale face to face training interventions, events, e-, v-, m- learning, social and media creation. Working within the Consumer & Device Sales team, I was responsible for supporting multiple partners across our consumer portfolio (Windows, Surface, Office, Xbox, Mobile and PC Accessories). I delivered many major launch training moments, achieving a "Polaris" Award (internal global achievement) for Windows 10.

I led division training across Europe, Middle East & Africa. Working closely with partners, internal training teams, and outsourced field teams to scope, project manage, design and deliver world class training solutions. Additionally, I delivered an award winning programme in the UK (2x Gold Awards at the IPM awards 2011) for the 'Palm Sales Apprentice' for o2 in 2010.

I led sales development for the UK team, managing 11 team trainers, leading UK sales related training initiatives, from induction to product and sales skills. With responsibility for 800 retail branches, 6000 employees, I worked with HQ teams to devise training strategy across the systematic training cycle, focusing on large scale sales development initiatives.
