Contract position as a Metallurgical Engineer thru CDI for Siemens Westinghouse directing a small team of technicians and engineers to compile and validate "M-Vision"... a large proprietary data base of material characteristics for conventional and super alloy materials used in combustion turbines. Gaps in the data base required additional testing in-house or with subcontractors.

Developed corrosion control programs and managed corrosion control projects for the RTS Contract O&M Air Bases - Antigua AS and Ascension Island AAF.Established training standards for front line supervisors and earned NACE Level III certification.

Managed the branch office metallurgical test lab and coordinated with NDE crews to provide lab, QA and failure analysis services to customer requirements. In-house Lab sevices included physical testing, small batch heat treating, metallography; coordinated SEM and other lab services thru vendor sources. Clients inclued US Navy, DoD contractors, commercial manufactuing, fastener suppliers and insurance companies.

Worked in the metallurgical lab and assisted NDE field crews on projects for US Navy and commercial construction companies.
