Campaign Logistics Specialist
Current•Responsible for traffic operational instructions for media of 50+ clients consisting of multiple creatives & media buys with budgets exceeding $1,000,000+•Organize and collaborate 300+ daily emails containing questions, creatives, media buys, schedule changes, and trafficking necessities by providing crucial materials and information to 100+ stations in the United States including some Spanish stations, as well as some located in Canada•Involved in continuously improving efficiency of operational flows, systems, and technology to promote best possible use of time and resources within company •Toll-free-number (TFN) and creative tape assignment of local and national campaigns with complex markets in the United States, also including Canadian and Spanish media/stations. Also providing necessary S&P approvals for tapes & creatives•Part of internal operations team responsible for onboarding and off-boarding of clients by monitoring and reporting initial actions items such as KPI's, strategies, and internal processes to promote maximum efficiency with complete transparency to entire company to ensure best results possible•Led training seminar to 10+ interns through the creation and presentation of deliverables, furthermore conducted shadowing sessions using real company clients and data•Furthered education with Meta & Google courses and certificates in paid search, paid video, paid social, digital and programmatic space
