I recently completed my Bachelor or Honours Degree in Criminal & Corporate Investigation at The University of Northampton (achieving an Upper Second-Class Honours).CAREER TIMELINE: One Stop Stores (Shift Manager): July 2021 - Present University of Northampton (Marketing Student Ambassador): November 2020 - PresentCauseway Technologies (National Business Development Manager): July 2019 - August 2020Tesco (Team Leader): August 2017 - July 2019Primark (Customer Assistant): October 2016 - July 2017Skills attained throughout my employment history: - Customer Service (I was presented with the Employee Gold Award (employee of the annum) for consistently providing excellent customer service whilst working for Tesco.)- Managing a team (being a team leader led me to manage a team of over twenty cashiers.) - Achieving targets (during my role as a national business development manager, I was set multiple targets each month that were a minimum requirement for the role. I often exceeded these targets through my hard-work and dedication. )- Sales (my role as a BDM included selling development packages which I tailored to each company I worked with. I believe I was successful with this by using the SPIN selling model, which consisted of pinpointing problems and raising solutions.) - Problem Solving (my role as a BDM revolved around finding solutions to problems facing different businesses within the construction industry. This was accomplished by analysing their accounts and discussing different aspects of their business to find areas which could improve.) - Cash Management (during my roles at Tesco & One Stop, I have learned to manage large amounts of cash and file banking reports. This includes reconciling tills, ATMs and safes.)- IT & Administration (my role as a BDM involved managing and adapting accounts using an administration software as well as platforms such as Excel.
