Responsible for the smooth running of Camden’s Housing IT solution and it’s continual, agile improvement. Highlights includeSystems Thinking re-design of Repairs and Maintenance with front end users working on integrated single view of activity. Including continual evaluation of service charge actuals & tenant recharging. Integration to DRS system and supplier back office systems. Systems Thinking re-design of planned works including multi-year billing, integrating fully with existing IHMS service charge functionality. Including management S125 consultation and framework supplier competition. All giving full visibility to customer web portals.Systems Thinking re-design of asset compliance and cyclical works, again with full integration into existing IHMS and day to day maintenance activity.Development of an online housing application assessed in real-time. This allowed Camden to undertake a review of all existing homeless cases by insisting all re-apply. The real-time assessment allowed for rapid review of a largely out of date homeless applications. This development also included the provision of a new improved front end to the IHMS enabling much quicker and clearer processing of applications.Systems Thinking re-design of void processes aimed at bringing together void repairs and the re-letting. By presenting void paths and repair activity together in combined void repair/re-let screens both activities could advance simultaneously reducing void-relet times and consequently reducing void rent loss. Implemented system of automated email to support workflow in all of the re-designed areas above.Developed data sources for the Online Camden Account for Tenants and leaseholders. Enabling tenants and leaseholders to self-serve statements and breakdowns of charges, make payments and raise repair demand.
