This included >20 interviews with plant workers and supervisors and 14 full day motion studies for various types of quarry operations, which resulted in 28,000 work hours saved per year.- In a record time of 1 month, successfully completed a project to determine optimal staffing levels for 4 fertilizer plants, 3 mining and processing integrated plants, and 3 bulk terminals with a total headcount of 16,000.
