EuroChem is one of the world's leading mineral fertilizer producers and ranks among the top three European and top ten global producers by profitability. - Led a team of 12 external consultants to conduct a personnel performance review and analysis of business processes at Kovdorskiy GOK. This included >20 interviews with plant workers and supervisors and 14 full day motion studies for various types of quarry operations, which resulted in 28,000 work hours saved per year.- In a record time of 1 month, successfully completed a project to determine optimal staffing levels for 4 fertilizer plants, 3 mining and processing integrated plants, and 3 bulk terminals with a total headcount of 16,000.

- Created a methodology for holistic company reorganization, which was subsequently approved by the Board of Directors and implemented during the next 5 years.- Designed detailed process workflows and defined boundaries of responsibility for sales, logistics, procurement, financial management, and quality management processes.
