Mikhail is a senior ESG (Sustainability) consultant with experience in helping companies to integrate environmental, social, and governance factors into their decision-making processes. He has worked with clients across various industries and sectors, such as banking, energy, oil&gas and mining and metallurgic, to identify and evaluate ESG opportunities and risks, develop and implement ESG strategies and policies, and communicate and report on ESG performance and impact. He was also involved in ESG initiative as of first GRI report practice designing for the largest oil & gas transportation company and leading mining enterprise. Thus he is focused in ESG projects and has experience in diagnostics and analysis of corporate governance in the scope of IPO procedure (UK Corporate Governance Code, OECD) by example of largest oil&gas company.
