• Business development• Managing end to end Executive Search projects as a Project Manager

Key responsibilities:• Business development;• Managing end to end Executive Search projects as a Project Manager;• Full project communication with Client (discussing search strategy, feedback, short-list, risks and opportunities, job offer details, problem solving etc);• Managing the project team (associates, researchers, analysts), task setting, check of results;• Project stage monitoring and controlling (progress, deadlines, documentations); • Providing reporting to the Clients;• Participating in negotiations with short-listed candidates;• Participating in checking references on short-listed candidates;• Negotiating job offers with Clients and сandidates;• Handling all project issues;• Managing by project efficiency and deadlines; • Coordinating invoicing processes between Clients and internal financial department;• Coordinating follow up of Placements;• Working out on increasing Client satisfaction level;• Participation in internal company projects;• Developing junior employees.
