Managing various teams within the Support org, ranging from the team responsible for support.google.com, the high touch support team building software for customer support agents, to now leading a team within the customer engagement org's data and infrastructure team building out both horizontal and vertical services to simplify AI development for both engineers and non-engineers alike (simplifying data access and resource management to serve at scale).
