In this company I'am helping to mature company projects and processes in dev teams. All product started as internal company startup and going to market as boxed product or SaaS, PaaS. All product are ML related or MAS platforms, that used in different areas like logistics, resource management, factory tech maps optimisations, oil and gas related, space satelite management... and a lot of areas still in a work. Tech stack is various. From Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript to more exotic Erlang, Elixir and Go. Delivery environment from closed ecosystems in military related companies to cloud hostings like AWS, Azure or custom Kubernetes installations.

Company is an advertising agency that develop AdTech, MarTech products. I lead a group of developers who worked on DSP and DMP for performance marketing focused on mobile. Hired a team and tune processes. It allow me to go from MVP to public product. It already win several industry awards in Russia and I hope win some awards in Asia. Technical stack based on Go, with several small services in C#(some legacy code from other products). UI on JavaScript, TypeScript on React.

Botforce is small boutique software development company that focused on trading and advertisement (RTB) related solutions. For some of our customers we create games and other mobile products. We are focused on long term contracts and development of custom solutions. We have good experience in implementing projects with low latency, real-time interaction, high load and cross platform requirements. We have outsource all tech related activities (consulting, development, support) for companies like Bgruz (freight exchange) for 3+ years, Loadex (logistic services exchange) for 2+ years and counting, several big and middle size mobile advertisement startups for almost a year. Our customers located in USA, UK, Russia, Ukraine, Norway, East Europe. To provide better services for startups we are partnering with design, marketing, promotion agencies as result startup get one big package for rapid grow and create product from scratch. This product can be next RTB breakthrough. •Botforce Bidding is unique PaaS solution for exchanges there where each lot can have some specific and price decision based on that specific. It is ideal product for creating private exchange for small number of partners. This product can be used to create exchanges for managed traffic and RTB like exchanges. •Number of infrastructure products focused on scalability and real-time interactions with client apps.

Company uses Credebat's tech solution and develop custom data and optimisation solutions for advertisers. We create a number of non AdTech solutions.I bootstrap CPA products and platform and take part in influencers platform creation (it was halted in middle of 2020).We are not limited to RTB related product. We create FinTech solutions for user scoring, user profiling and enrichment, portfolio monitoring, fraud detection. We work on several urbanisation projects for Moscow and supply them with data solutions for population monitoring, audience intents, user routes, users flow, points of interest and different cases of population related metrics. And a lot of small projects over the years.

We created DSP, DMP, custom NLP solution for classification web and in-app inventory. Become authorised vendor for a lot of Publishers and Suppliers in CIS. We create a number of predicts that make optimisation of brandformance and CPA campaigns. We create automated audience segmentation engine that mimics Google, MyTarget and Yandex segment trees. It adapting to new inventory and update segmentation rules. We test and use a lot of ML ideas and methods to archive great results for our customers.

We are creating LTV prediction engine and analytics tools for international customers in performance marketing. There are a lot of cases with good results, hope we can publish it some day. Company successfully sell product to another startup.

In addition of my duties as product director of DSP, I lead development of 2 more company products: DMP and TBH. With new products I have additional activities:•Reorganize development teams from legacy products to increase manageability •Switch from Kanban to Scrum for all teams to synchronize product development between product teams•Create new derivative data products •Create new product line for video buyers and trigger communications (tv, radio, finances exchanges, weather, sports)•Integrate with new adtech providers, inventory suppliers to implement new products Achievements:•Managing all profitable company tech products •Create new predictive models for specific requirements of new markets, inventory, clients.
